CPL Productions (formerly Celador Productions) is a multi-award-winning independent television and radio production company run by Danielle Lux, Murray Boland and Janet Oakes.

Our accomplished teams work with an amazing roster of talent to create and produce high end programming across many genres for major broadcasters and streamers.

Winner of Multichannel Production Company at the Broadcast Digital Awards 2025, our shows include many of the UK’s biggest returning reality series – Married at First Sight UK (E4), 90 Day Fiancé (Discovery+), Love Is Blind UK (Netflix) and more recently, Stranded on Honeymoon Island (BBC) & The Hunt (Channel 4).

We are hugely proud of our successful comedy entertainment programming – double BAFTA winning A League of Their Own, now into its 20th and final series, BAFTA winning Rob & Rom Vs (Sky Now) & Life & Rhymes (Sky Arts) along with spin off shows including A League of Their Own: Road Trips and Rally (Sky Now).

In joint venture with Harry Hill’s NIT Television, we produced scripted shows including Ellie & Natasia (BBC 3), Britain’s Greatest Obsessions (Sky History) and partnered with Romesh Ranganathan’s company Rangabee to make BBC 1 comedy Avoidance. Others shows include Brief Encounters (ITV), The Reluctant Landlord (Sky) and sci-fi audio comedy-drama, High Strangeness for (Audible).

We also have a thriving radio department producing scripted comedy and drama for Radio 4, including Whatever Happened to Baby Jane Austen? the winner of a Writer’s Guild Award and Comedy.co.uk awards for two years in a row.

CPL Productions boasts a growing Commercial Partnerships team that plays a vital role in the company’s continued success. Specialising in product placement, brand licensing, and strategic collaborations, the team works closely with a wide range of brands to seamlessly integrate products and messaging into CPL’s award-winning content. Amongst numerous other nominations and awards, CPL previously won Production Company of the year at the Edinburgh TV Festival 2018 and are nominated for it again this year.
